Description
This beautiful Flip Frammie measures 10 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ ( glass 5 ” x 7″) and is made on a Red background with a copper frame. This Flip technique uses dried plants to create this unique design and was developed by Frances Higgins, now carried on by Louise Wimmer long time protege.
